Job Title: Network Support Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Network Support Technician to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with the flexibility to work both onsite with clients and remotely. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network devices (switches, routers, firewalls), expertise in Active Directory and Office 365, and the ability to provide both over-the-phone and deskside technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for client networks, systems, and devices.
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including installation and configuration of network switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Support user management and group policies in Active Directory.
- Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 environments, including user setup and email configurations.
- Offer over-the-phone and deskside assistance to users experiencing technical issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to diagnose and resolve complex network and system issues.
- Document support cases and resolutions, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in network support, technical support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Active Directory administration and management.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting Office 365 environments.
- Hands-on experience with network hardware including switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Experience providing both phone and deskside support for end-users.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work 2-3 days onsite and 2-3 days remote, as needed.
